INFORMATION/CONSULTATION FORUMS
2007 DRAFT BUDGET PROCESS

The
public is invited to participate in one of the
City's three information/consultation forums on the
City's 2007 Draft Budget.
The
purpose of the forums is to inform the public and,
secondly, to allow the public an opportunity to
provide input regarding their property taxes. The
Region of York, the York Catholic District School
Board and the York Region District School Board have
also been invited to participate in the forums. The
forums will be held on:
MONDAY, MARCH 19 at 7:00 p.m.

Vaughan Clean Awareness Day
On behalf of Vaughan City Council and City of
Vaughan Environmental Task Force, we would like to
take this opportunity to invite all members of the
Carrying Place Rate Payer's Association to
participate in Vaughan's first Community Clean-up
Day. We will be gathering litter from both
sub-division and parks within our community. All
bags and gloves will be distributed from 12 Golden
Gate Circle.
This will be initiated on June 18, 2004 @ 6:00 p.m.
and will become a yearly event in the City of
Vaughan. Please confirm your participation for this
terrific event by
